Meet the Principals
Dr. Dana Skrabacz
Principal at Oakville High School
Dr. Dana Skrabacz is entering her first year as Principal of Oakville High School. She previously served as the Assistant Principal of Oakville High School for four years, contributing to a total of 18 years in public education. Prior to her leadership role at Oakville, Dr. Skrabacz dedicated 13 years to teaching high school social studies. Her teaching career began in Cape Girardeau Public Schools, followed by a decade-long tenure at Hancock Place High School, where she honed her passion for student development and educational excellence.
Dr. Skrabacz received her doctorate in educational leadership at Maryville University. She holds a master's degree in secondary administration from Southeast Missouri State University and a bachelor's degree in secondary social studies education from the University of Missouri.
In her role as a school leader, Dr. Skrabacz deeply values the opportunity to serve the Oakville community and to provide support to its students and staff. Over the past three years, she has enjoyed building strong, meaningful relationships with the dedicated staff and the diverse families that comprise the OHS community. Dr. Skrabacz is committed to fostering an inclusive and empowering environment where every member can thrive, achieve their full potential, and succeed both academically and personally.
Jessica Hoban
Assistant Principal at Oakville High School
Jessica Hoban is the Senior Class Assistant Principal at Oakville High School, currently in their third year at OHS and fourth year as an administrator. She began her administrative career at St. Charles West High School. Prior to becoming an administrator, she was a high school art teacher at Rockwood Summit High School for 10 years, and taught Graphic Design 1 and 2, Photography 1 and 2, and Art Fundamentals. While there, she served as the Link Crew leader, department leader, and a member of the building's guiding coalition for Professional Learning Communities.
As a leader, Ms. Hoban is dedicated to supporting both students and teachers. She believes in fostering a positive school culture among staff, students, and the community, and is committed to helping teachers become the best versions of themselves to provide students with an exceptional education.
Outside of her professional life, Jessica Hoban is an avid St. Louis Blues fan and enjoys following hockey at all levels. She enjoys photography and travel as well.
Cole Jost
Assistant Principal of Oakville High School
Cole Jost is the Assistant Principal of the Class of 2029 at Oakville High School. This will be Mr. Jost's eighth year in education and first year at OHS. Prior to joining OHS, Mr. Jost started his career in education at New Bloomfield Middle School. There he taught seventh and eighth grade for three years. Following New Bloomfield, Mr. Jost taught in the Lincoln County R-III School District for four years, one year at Troy South Middle School and three years at Troy Buchanan High School. While at Troy Buchanan, Mr. Jost served as the junior varsity head coach and one of the assistant varsity coaches of both the boys and girls soccer teams.
Mr. Jost received his master's degree in educational leadership in March of 2026 from William Woods University. He previously earned his bachelor's degree in secondary social studies education from the University of Missouri.
Mr. Jost is committed to fostering a positive, inclusive school culture where every student and staff member feels valued, respected, and supported. He believes that strong relationships are the foundation of a successful school and strives to build meaningful partnerships with families, community members, and local organizations.
Emilee Madlinger
Assistant Principal of Oakville High School
Emilee Madlinger is the Assistant Principal for the Class of 2028 at Oakville High School. This will be her third year serving in the role.
Beginning her teaching career in the Kirkwood School District, Ms. Madlinger got her start teaching Social Studies at North Kirkwood Middle School. She taught 8th grade World History for 3 years, 7th grade American History for 3 years, and Debate for 6 years. She also served as the Middle School Summer Academy Administrator in 2023. During her time in Kirkwood, she participated in the Kirkwood Leadership Preparation Program, served as a teacher mentor, a building representative on the District Professional Development Committee, Calendar Committee, and participated in the Curriculum Revision process for Social Studies.
Ms. Madlinger holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Social Studies Education from the University of Missouri-Columbia and earned a Master's in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education in 2022. Her passion for student development is evident in her extensive professional learning, which includes programs on character education, social-emotional learning, and civic education. Ms. Madlinger championed Oakville High School's renewal process last year that earned recognition at both the State and National levels. She values the opportunity to inspire students in becoming their best selves and aspire into post-secondary goals that excite them.
She is a firm believer in fostering a learning environment where every student feels included and engaged. In her role as a school leader, Ms. Madlinger values building strong relationships with students, staff, and families, ensuring a collaborative and supportive community. Outside of school, she enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures, having previously taught abroad in India in 2017. This experience has provided her with a global perspective that she brings to her leadership and dedication to providing a well-rounded education for all students.
Michael Mancuso
Assistant Principal of Oakville High School
Michael Mancuso enters his first year as Assistant Principal at Oakville High School, bringing over 13 years of secondary education experience to the administrative team. He began his career as a high school math teacher, starting at Construction Careers Center before spending six years at Grand Center Arts Academy—where he was named Teacher of the Year for 2019–2020. Most recently, Mr. Mancuso spent six years at Valley Park High School teaching courses including Algebra II and AP Statistics, while also serving as an assistant softball coach. Throughout his career, he has actively served on building leadership teams, district instructional design committees, and strategic improvement planning initiatives.
Mr. Mancuso earned both his Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education - Mathematics and his Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Southeast Missouri State University.
As a leader, Mr. Mancuso is dedicated to building strong relationships with students, staff, and families. He believes in creating a positive, inclusive environment where teachers feel supported and every student has what they need to thrive both academically and personally. He is extremely excited to be joining the Mehlville School District and Oakville High School team.
Outside of school, Mr. Mancuso resides in the Mehlville School District with his wife and their two young children, Julia and Montgomery. In his free time, he loves spending quality time with his family, playing golf, and cheering on the Blues, Cardinals, St. Louis CITY SC, and the Buffalo Bills.
